Panser est le geste qui relie l’urgence et le soin, l’accident et la continuité. Ce mémoire explore le pansement comme base d’une pensée du soin en design, où réparer, maintenir et accompagner deviennent des actes de création. Panser un objet, c’est reconnaître sa fragilité et prolonger sa vie par l’attention qu’on lui porte, en concevant des objets capables d’accueillir la réparation et de durer parce qu’ils peuvent être soignés.

This end-of-studies thesis is titled “Time to Care”. Tending to wounds is the act that bridges urgency and care, accident and continuity. It explores the act of tending to wounds as a basis for a design philosophy of care, where repairing, maintaining, and supporting become acts of creation. To mend an object is to acknowledge its fragility and extend its life through the care we give it, designing objects that can welcome repair and endure because they can be cared for.
