Réalisé lors d’un échange universitaire en Corée du Sud, ce tabouret en chêne s’inspire de la silhouette d’un petit animal. Le travail du bois met en valeur la simplicité des lignes et la chaleur du matériau, tandis que la structure basse et stable renforce le caractère familier et attachant de l’objet. Ce projet explore ainsi la relation entre forme, usage et évocation figurative dans un mobilier du quotidien.

Created during a university exchange program in South Korea, this oak stool is inspired by the silhouette of a small animal. The woodworking highlights the simplicity of the lines and the warmth of the material, while the low, stable structure reinforces the object’s familiar and endearing character. This project thus explores the relationship between form, function, and figurative imagery in everyday furniture.
